She is survived by: her husband Dale Anthony Kumanchik; her children, Mark Anthony Kumanchik (Kelly) of Bremen and Kim Marie Holbrook (Michael) of Leesburg, Georgia; her siblings, Kennie Mae Lynch of Saraland, Gail McPhee of Jacksonville, Debra Bearden of Florida and William M. Faulk of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Baylee Holbrook, Matthew Holbrook, Dakotah Kumanchik and Austin Kumanchik. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
