She is survived by: her daughter Karen; her son-in-law Jeff Simmons of Temple; her sisters, Betty J. Barron of Jonesboro, Karen E. Chastain of Griffin and Georgia; her grandchildren, Samantha Mason and Christian James; and her great grandchild Turner Mason.
