He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Leneva Loggins Meadows; his children, J. W., James D. Anderson (Lesley Cox Anderson) and Patricia "Tricia" Meadows Rountree (Matt Rountree); and his sister Carol Meadows Murphy (Michael L. Murphy). He was also cherished by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one niece; and two nephews.
