He was predeceased by: his son Tommy Black Jr.; and his siblings, Fred Black and Pat Black. He is survived by: his wife Elaine M. Black; his children, Tonya Black and Matt Black; his granddaughter Brisa Black; his siblings, Penny Foote, Marianne Vespa, Jimmy, Billy, George and Pete Black; and his parents-in-law, Belva Daniel, George, Michael, Jack, Rusty and Wiley McGarity. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
