She is survived by : her husband Loyd Neil Costlow, Sr. of Taylorsville; her children, Gail Haygood of Taylorsville, Denise Forsyth (Donny) of Taylorsville, Ann Bagley (Michael) of Taylorsville, Loyd Neil Costlow, Jr. (Jane) of Taylorsville, Barry Costlow (Mandy) of Taylorsville, Danny Costlow (Jan) of Hinton and Curtis Costlow (Elizabeth) of Taylorsville; and her siblings, Joyce Ledbetter (Danny) of Cedartown, Penny Eads of Largo, Wanda Dunn (Alfred) of Panama City, Joan Hanline (Jerry) of Crownsville, Maryland, Mike Campbell (Teresa) of Cartersville and Eddie Campbell of California. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
