He is survived by: his wife Linda Williams; his children, Raymond S. Williams, Misty Fowler and Vickie Williams; and his grandchildren, Brian, David, Amber, Raymond Jr., Shane, Ashley, Elien, Joshua, Austin, Tina, Patrick, Brandon and Cheyenne. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
