It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phil Moore of Taylorsville, Georgia, born in Rome, Georgia, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Moore and Ruby Williams Moore. He is survived by: his children, Heather Woods (Hank) of Taylorsville and Shea Moore (Mindy) of Rockmart; his grandchildren, Taylor Pope, Jonathan Moore, Maci Moore, Adam Moore and Kamdyn Woods; and his sister Charlene Cantrell of Taylorsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
