He is survived by : his son Damien Chappell (Raechel); his daughter-in-law Annette Chappell; his grandchildren, Joshua Heath Chappell, Emberly Kathryne Chappell and Annika Nicole Chappell; and his siblings, Farron Chappell, Dale Chappell and Michelle White. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
