He is survived by : his parent Polly Murphy Temples; his wife Carol Temples; his children, Jody McMillan (Ryan) of White, Samantha Maddox (Shane) of Taylorsville and Dale Temples (Misty) of White; and his grandchildren, Peyton McMillan, Harlee Temples, Chayse McMillan, Austin Maddox, Devin Cornelius, Austin Temples, Caleb Maddox and Jayden "Hammerhead" Maddox.
