He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Waters and Sara Cooper; and his sister Phyllis Clayton. He is survived by: his wife Nina Waters; his children, Cheri Chambers (Bobby), Clifford Waters, Jr. (Charlotte) and Rebekah Smith (Jeff); his siblings, Willis Waters, Mary Sue Brown, Doris Leathers, John Waters, Eddie Waters, Charles Waters, Wanda Sexton and Donna Adams; his grandchildren, Carley (Jaleel), Cody, Brandon, Jordan and Clifford, III; and his great grandchildren, Anzleigh and Lilleigh.
