He is survived by: his wife Annette Carroll of Tate; his sons, Wade Carroll of Tate and Neal; his daughter-in-law Dawn Carroll of Jerusalem; his daughters, Brandy (Paul Shoemake), Tracy (Ronnie Jones) and Nicole (Ryan Doody); his grandchildren, Sidney, Naomi, Christina and Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Owen, Ava, Haden, Lila Ann and Elisha; and his siblings, Judy Webb Colwell, Lynette Carroll, Joe Carroll and Ernie Carroll.
