He is survived by: his wife Rubi Belins of Tate; his daughter Melinda; his son-in-law Max Spurlin of Dawsonville; his sons, Herbert Obed Belins of Tate, Aaron Isiah Belins of Tate and Charles Solomon Belins of Tate; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Sylvia Belins of Tennessee; his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Carol Belins of Lafayette; his sister Joan Ruedas-Vargas of Missouri; his brother-in-law Raymond Douglas of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Tifani, Matt Brandt of Dawsonville, Jamie Hogan of Dawsonville, Tim Owens of Florida and Christina Owens Peltier of Florida; his mother-in-law Ledda Hernera Garcia of Guatemala; and his sisters-in-law, Rosalinda (Phillip Sperin), Sue Owens of Florida and Robyn Owens of Florida.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be made in Herb's memory to the Pickens Sheriff's Auxiliary at Roper Funeral Home, 206 Holly St, Jasper, GA 30143.
