He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Dillard and Pauline Davis Dillard; and his brothers, Ricky Dillard and Raymond Dillard. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Dillard of Blairsville; his sons, Kevin (Susan Stalcup), Travis (Evi Stalcup) and Justin Dillard of Colorado; his siblings, Jim (Kathy Dillard), Ronnie Dillard of Blairsville, GA, Ann Sparks of Blue Ridge, GA, Debra (Benny Kyle), Sharon (Bill Heatherly) and Karen (Paul Gibbs); his grandchildren, Caitlynne Younce (Ryan), Morgan Stalcup (Marshall), Colby Stalcup, Serenity Stalcup, Sydney Lau and Garrik Lau; and his great grandchild Oaklyn Younce.
