She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Franklin Allen, Sr. and Julie Johnson Allen; her husbands, James Darwin Fowler, Sr. and Charles J. Bishop; her brother Herbert "Hank" Franklin Allen, Jr.; her stepson Steven Bishop; and her grandson Robert Matthew Fishback.
She is survived by: her children, James Darwin Fowler, Jr. (Christy) and Joanne Fishback Gillis of Tarrytown. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
