Valeri Strickland Moore wrote a sympathy message

“So special to my parents Arthur and Carey Strickland and our family as each time we visited from overseas or Texas as a military family before settling in Savannah. VBS and Sunday School or visiting Ms Johnie and yourDad at that home are always special memories. No words can express the awe we feel of this special lady and her example in living. In loving memory of Johnnie Mae Moxley, Someone so special will not be forgotten.”
