He is survived by: his mother Ann Foskey Couey of Dublin, GA; his son Blake Phillips (Krista) of Adrian, GA; his brother Stacey Couey (Leslie) of East Dublin, GA; his grandchildren, Dana Kittrell, Danica Kittrell, Angela Phillips, Melony Binion, Kevin Binion and Cayden Thompson; and his nieces and nephews, Dustin Kittrell, April Rogers, Taylor Couey, Spencer Couey and Savannah Couey.
