He was predeceased by: his son Keith; his parents, Oscar Waters and Lillie Mae Waters; his parents-in-law, Lester and Arbelle Pethel; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Pethel, Jean Hunter and Billy Wiibanks.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Rachel Bruce (Sammy) of Talmo and Donna Kaplan (Jay) of Lawrenceville; his daughter-in-law Stacey Waters of Talmo; his grandchildren, Joshua Waters (Marissa) of Talmo, Lindsey Beason (Ty) of Talmo, Joseph Kaplan of Lawrenceville, Samantha of Talmo and Cole Bruce of Talmo; his great grandchildren, Lacey Beason and Mattie Waters; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Pethel of Talmo and Rick Hunter (Marie) of Pendergrass. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
