He is survived by: his parents, Steve Kinney and Jane Voils Kinney of Jefferson; his wife Candace "Candi" Lee Kinney of Talmo; his sons, Robert Bradlee Kinney and John Morgan Kinney of Talmo; his siblings, Stephen Kinney (Tara) of St. Mary's, Georgia. and Ginger Lane of Bethlehem; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Grace, Virginia, Kaden, Dakota, Jasper, Kaylee, Brantlee, Hank and Patton.

Guests are asked to maintain a social distancing of six feet and abide by the recommended guidelines set forth by the State of Georgia concerning public gatherings in regards to the Coronavirus outbreak.
