He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann Isbell Fletcher of Talmo; his children, James Ryan Fletcher and Charlene Bryant of Alabama; his siblings, Linda Stalker of Nicholson and Harold Fletcher (Guynelle) of Jefferson; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Fletcher of Commerce and Brenda Fletcher of Pendergrass.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Charlie Fletcher to the Sons of Confederate Veterans, Talmo Baptist Church or Center Grove Baptist Church.
