He was predeceased by: his spouse Bobbie Nell Underwood Sosebee; his daughter Debbie Puckett; and his siblings, J. C. Sosebee, Hazel Burns, Mary Nell Sorrells and Geneva Beatty.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Cooper and B. J.; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Sosebee; his siblings, W. T. Sosebee and Rhonda Sosebee Boswell; his friend Brenda Shumake; his grandchildren, Lew Puckett (Amy), Scott Puckett (Amanda Guthrie), Beth Cooper Wimberly, Frank Wimberly, Johnathan Cooper, Katie Sosebee and J. T. Sosebee; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Puckett, Emily Puckett, Gracie Puckett, Lauren McMillan, Kristin McMillan, David Guthrie and Joni Wimberly. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
