He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Alonzo Hulsey and Dorothy Painter Hulsey; his former wife Judith Gail Thaxton Hulsey; and his siblings, Richard Hulsey, James Hulsey, Alfred Hulsey and Jeanette Byers.
He is survived by: his wife Sondra Hulsey; his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Ashley Hulsey; his daughter Ashley; his son-in-law James Spires; his son Chase Ploof; his grandsons, Blake Hulsey, Jake Turner and Logan Hulsey; his great grandchildren, Brantley Hulsey and Maddie Hulsey; and his siblings, Rubin Hulsey, Justin (Vickie Hulsey), Azona (David McElroy), Martha (Billy Owens), Alpha Jo (Raymond Morris) and Glenda Turner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Almon Funeral Home (548 Newnan St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Almon Chapel (548 Newnan St, Carrollton, GA 30117).
