Louise Davenport Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Davenport of Tallapoosa, Georgia, who passed away on November 22, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Swofford and Bertha Mae White Swofford; her husband J. K. Davenport; her children, Nellie Jane Lankford, Bertha Harris, John Davenport and Jim Davenport; and her grandchildren, Pam, Jimmy, Cheryl and Josh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Swann of Tallapoosa and Barbara Smith (Jim) of Lilburn; and her grandchildren, Gaye, Chuck, Cindy, Lori, Melinda, Mike, Gary and Shane. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hutcheson's Memorial Chapel (71 Park Heights St, Buchanan, GA 30113). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
