It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kristopher James Thompson of Tallapoosa, Georgia, who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Kristopher James' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Kristopher James has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He is survived by: his parents, Lowell Thompson (Pam Frost) of Winston and Sandra Hart (Jackie) of Villa Rica; his wife Tosha Pollard Thompson of Tallapoosa; his children, Briar James Thompson of Gainesville and Kailyn Jo Thompson of Gainesville; and his sister Denise Wham (Kenny) of Roopville. He is also survived by two nephews and one niece.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the J. Collins Funeral Home (206 S Carroll Rd, Villa Rica, GA 30180). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of J. Collins Funeral Home (206 S Carroll Rd, Villa Rica, GA 30180).
