He is survived by: his mother Margaret Smith; his wife Mona Smith; his daughter Jana; his son-in-law Travis Chandler; his son Justin; his daughter-in-law Amber Smith; his sister Linda Garner; and his grandchildren, Priscilla Ash, Leighton Ash, Jay Smith, Ally Smith and Carli Chandler. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
