He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Lamar Sanders and Gladys Loveless Sanders; and his sisters, Alene Sanders and Rachel Sanders Dyer. He is survived by: his wife Jean Robinson Sanders; his son Cliff; his daughter-in-law Debbie Sanders of Temple; his sisters, Mary Sue Sanders Ezell of Buchanan and Patricia; and his siblings-in-law, Earl Sailors of Buchanan, Syble and Tommy Henderson of Bremen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family requests no flowers or food, but that memorial contributions in Jimmy's name be made to the Tallapoosa Senior Center, 160 Windom Street, Tallapoosa, GA 30176.
