He is survived by: his parents, Roman Harrison Hicks and Frances Elaine Davis Hicks; his wife Penny L. Hicks of Tallapoosa; his children, Courtney Wisener (Brandon) of Bremen and Jesse "Bud" Hicks of Tallapoosa; and his grandchildren, Noah Brennen Wisener and Jonah Roman Wisener.
