Holcombe and Bessie Mae Holcombe; her son Randy James Cash; and her siblings, Joyce Cash, Sara Rainey, Georgia Mae Brannam, Maureen Brooks, Helen Mullins, Ruth Allred, Hazel Johnson, Bonnie Singleton, Mary Anna Brewer, Lawrence Holcombe, Jack Holcombe, Ted Holcombe and James Holcombe.
She is survived by: her husband Charles "Charlie" Taft Simpkins; her daughter Vicki Carter (Steven); her grandsons, Josh Holdbrooks (Meagan), Jacob Holdbrooks (Whitney) and Justin Holdbrooks (Crystal); her great grandchildren, Canaan Holdbrooks, Cohen Holdbrooks, Hudson Holdbrooks, Hanson Holdbrooks and Piper Mae Holdbrooks; and her close friend Genita Shedd (Elaine Cartwright).
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Buchanan First Baptist Church (500 Buchanan Bypass, Buchanan, GA 30113). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
