With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Lamar Jones of Tallapoosa, Georgia, born in Hull, Georgia, who passed away on February 11, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

The family would like to thank the Kelly Foundation of Buchanan Georgia and their staff for the loving care that they gave making his final days peaceful. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Dementia /Alzheimer's foundation in memory of "Big Al Jones" or to the Tallapoosa Veterans Association.
