In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy William Jackson leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though William Jackson may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie T. Owens and Kate Owens; and his former wife Judy Owens. He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Owens of Talking Rock; his daughters, Terri Lynn Owens Kates (John) of Jefferson and Tracey Lea Owens Stephens (Jerry) of Jefferson; his stepdaughter Shena Wilmarth (Eric) of Ball Ground; and his grandchildren, Makayla and Jared.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sunrise Memorial Gardens (1140 W Church St, Jasper, GA 30143).
