It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Payne of Talking Rock, Georgia, who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Weaver; her brother Tony Weaver; and her grandmother Ruby Waddell. She is survived by: her husband Gene Payne; her sons, Nicholas Dodd (Nikki) and Justin Dodd; her grandson Grayson Dodd; her mother Janie Fowler (Eddie); her brothers, Tommy Weaver (April) and Kelly Sean Weaver (Leigh); and her sister-in-law Tina Weaver. She is also survived by several step-children, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends.
