He is survived by: his wife Lynn Page; his children, Justin Page (Brittany), Ryan Page (Katie), Megan Bush (Logan), Macey King (Jacob) and Jennifer Page; his mother Charlotte Gayton; his siblings, Rickey Page (Sandra), Trina White and Gina Cook (Junior); and his brothers-in-law, David Ray (Geneva) and Jimmy Ray. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren.
