He was predeceased by: his sister Betty Hawkins Lacy; his nephew Robby Lacy; his niece Brandy Lacy Price; and his great-nephew Tyler Lacy. He is survived by: his siblings, Glenn Hawkins (Linda) and Sherry Smith (Greg). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
