She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Ed and Victoria Eria Foster (Silvers); her husband Clifford Simmons; and her siblings, Sylvia Foster Reece and Elmo Foster.
She is survived by: her nephew Macky Garrett of Talking Rock; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Suzanne Garrett of Talking Rock, Torri, Rev. Justin Hensley of Ellijay, Jody, Sarra Garrett of Ellijay, P. J., Seth Kirk of Jasper and Tracy Mundy of Jasper.
