He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel George and Virginia Berry (Conner); and his siblings, Eula B. Gilbreath, Beulah B. Claudine B. Scroggs, Eddie Berry, Lauler B. Black, Mark Berry, Andrew Berry and Thelma Gary (Berry).
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Berry (Tolbert); his children, Amy Michelle Berry of Talking Rock, GA, Rev. Christopher Denton (Michelle Metcalf) and Kevin Thomas Metcalf; and his grandchildren, Rev. Drew Metcalf, Ashton, Josiah Motosue, Carah Metcalf and Corey Metcalf. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church cemetery fund in memory of Mr. Berry.
