He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Marion and Flora Posey Duncan; his wife Lucy Duncan of Talking Rock; his son Larry; his daughter-in-law Katie Duncan of Jasper; his grandchildren, Melissa Duncan, Kristen Kehner, Tyler Murphy, Robert Peterson, Charlie Peterson and Leslie Peterson; his great grandchildren, Duncan McKee, Peyton Peterson, Cayden Peterson, Lily Peterson and Tanner Peterson; his daughter Susan Duncan Murphy; and his brothers, Ray Duncan and Willis Duncan.
