She was predeceased by: her husband Terry "Batman" Batt; her parents, Tom Cantrell and Jean LaJoie; and her sisters, Jeanna Mills and Janice Cantrell.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Batt of Talking Rock and Tammy; her son-in-law Tim Duncan of Jasper; her daughter Katie Cronan; her brothers, Thomas Cantrell and Steven (Linda Cantrell); her siblings-in-law, Edlee (Sharon Wilkey) and Susie (Dale Chastain); her close friend Rhonda Roberts; and her grandchildren, Ben Duncan, J. T. Duncan, Salina Batt, Corey Batt, Seth Duncan, Mattie Cronan, Kaleb Cronan, Jacob Cronan and Brayden Cronan. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The family will accept flowers, or donations can be made to Burnt Mountain Center in memory of Janice Cantrell.
