She is survived by: her children, Thomas Forest of Jasper and Lori Holbert of Jasper; her sister Bonnie Stanton of Acworth; her grandchildren, Amberly Hames and Jessica Childress; and her great grandchildren, Camden Hames and Nora Hames. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donate to Parkinson's Foundation.
