She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fin Garland and Laura Martin; her husband William "Bill" E. Mosley; her son Garry Mosley; and her siblings, Shirley Garland Wood and James Garland.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Milka Mosley of Woodstock; her grandsons, Alex Mosley and Nicholas Mosley; her brother Harold Garland of Marietta; and her niece Lisa Martin (Todd).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that all donations be made to the Whitestone Baptist Church Cemetery.
