She was predeceased by: her mother Lavonia Stewart Pitts; her husband Hoyt "Pud" Chastain; and her daughter Cynthia Chastain. She is survived by: her sons, Keith (Robin Jackson Chastain) and Jeff Chastain (Kris Chastain). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
