It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Diane Mulkey of Talking Rock, Georgia, who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Danny Mulkey of Talking Rock; her son Daniel Mulkey of Talking Rock; her sister Linda Hancock of Salacoa; and her half-sister Tracy Kincaid. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
