He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Gay and Mattie Dale Gay; his daughter Stacy Gunn; and his brother Larry Gay. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Gay of Talking Rock; his son David; his daughter-in-law Renee Gay of Talking Rock; his grandsons, Matthew Gay of Talking Rock and Travis Gunn of Talking Rock; his brothers, Jim (Elaine Gay) and Kenneth (Wanda Gay); and his mother-in-law Annie Henderson of Jasper. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
