He is survived by: his children, Mike (Renee Rackley), Brad (Robyn Rackley), David (Cecelia Rackley), Tim (Bambi Rackley) and Jacklyn Howerton of Dayton, OH; his siblings, Marshall (Buddy) and LaJuana Rackley; his siblings-in-law, Bobby Stringfellow and Diane Rackley; his grandchildren, Cody Rackley, Sinead Rackley, Phyllis Rackley, Georgia Rackley, Ty Rackley, Diana Howerton, Chuck Howerton, Hunter Rackley, Taylor Rackley, Abbigail Chandler, Tristan Davis, Bradly Kaylor and Kaylon Smith; and his great grandchildren, Emma Lew, Baylor, River, Madison and Brently.
