He is survived by: his wife Nancy Meacham; his mother Wanda Cook; his sister Carol Gallups (Wayne); his daughters, Misty Brooks and Talitha Null (Jason); his grandchildren, Stephanie Wood, Brandon Wood and Jacob Brooks; his nieces and nephews, DeWayne Meacham, Joey Park (Sonja), Brandon Gallups (Julie), Tiffany Jordon (Ronnie) and Amber Wallace (Josh); and his sister-in-law Linda Meacham.
