He is survived by: his wife Linda Collins of Worth County; his children, William Collins, Jr. (Gloria), Robert Collins, Kimberly DeVane (Travis), Loretta DeVane and Jennifer Cox (Ray); his grandchildren, Wally DeVane, Randy Collins (Autumn), Jonathan Collins, Crystal Collins, Kaitlyn DeVane, Abby DeVane, Jenson Cox, Noah DeVane, Zachary Collins, Alex Collins and Chelsey McCray; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Dowdey, Reign Collins, Fysher Collins and Matthew Featherston; his mother-in-law Etta Foerster; and his sister Marie Collins.
