He is survived by: his wife Jerri Kay Pate of Worth County; his children, Linda "Lynn" Kay Perry (Rusty) of Cordele, Robert Thomas "Bubba" Pate (Heather) of Perry and Kevin Perry Pate (Leigh Anne) of Sylvester; his grandchildren, Thomas Perry, Kaylee Underwood (Chance), Sarah, Madison, Kinsey, Ansley and Colton Pate; and his sisters, Shirley Brock of Ashburn, Linda Davison of Ashburn and Lois Bobo of Ashburn.
