He is survived by: his wife Jacklyn Mitchell Cullum; his daughters, Kimberly Earnest (Mike) and Deirdre Allegood (Heath); his grandchildren, Bryce Earnest, Bailey Earnest, Jackson Allegood and Blaire Earnest; and his sisters, Shirley Schumacher, Patsy Bomar, Judy Mize, Christy Brooks and Sandi Shelburne.
