He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bill and Vera Viloa Spence Knight; and his siblings, Willie May Knight, Margaret Knight McDonald, Gloria Knight Hayes and Rubye Knight Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Knight of Sylvester; his children, Wendy Knight Kennedy (Mickey) of Worth County and Ross Knight (Casey) of Worth County; his grandchildren, Michael Kennedy, Jr. (Janie), Zachary Kennedy (Grace), Graham Knight and Ava Knight; his great grandchildren, Anna Kennedy and Leah Kennedy; and his siblings, Jack Knight (Cynthia) of Worth County and Virginia Pannell of Worth County. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Salem Baptist Church (902 Jewell Crowe Rd, Sylvester, GA 31791). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at the same location.
