He is survived by: his wife Ann McCall Duckworth of Worth County; his children, Michael Shirah of Worth County, Kim Dixon (Robbie) of Leesburg and Christy Smith (Tony) of Dougherty County; his grandchildren, Miranda Dixon, Courtney Calhoun (Daniel), Casey Shirah, Katelyn Shirah, Rustie Dixon, Robbie Dixon, Gracey Smith and Macey Smith; his great grandchild Ella Claire Calhoun; and his siblings, Johnny Duckworth (Shirley) of Worth County, Dorothy McDaniel (Bob) of Turner County and Mamie Duckworth of Turner County.
