She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Welch (Johnny) of Albany, Haley Welch of Sylvester, Shelby Welch of Sylvester, Jason Welch (Cansas) of Albany and Johnny Ray Welch of Sylvester; and her siblings, Pam Dixon (David) of Sylvester and Mitch Pate of Sylvester. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
