She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Enoch and Eunie Mae White Lavender; her husband John A. Tribulak; her siblings, Everett Lavender, Gladys Deese and Vernard Lavender; and her granddaughter-in-law Stephanie Bass.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Tribulak (Sue) of Shingler, Cheryl Bass (John) of Ashburn and Kathy Bunch (Robert) of Lee County; her grandchildren, Rebecca Bozeman, Sonya Bradshaw (Jason), Jamie Chambless, David Bass (Misty), Michael Bass, Brian Bunch, Jeffrey Bunch (Tenya), Jason Tribulak and Zackary Tribulak (Kymm); her siblings, Paul Lavender, Terry Lavender (Jan), Clovis Collier, Emma Mae Dupree, Dorothy Dupree, Glenda Verhine (Brennis) and Betty June Alford; and her sister-in-law Lillis Lavender. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
